Sales administrator

You will be working in a fun but-hardworking environment where everyone gets on and pulls together to get things done, you will ideally have a love of technology and desire to learn the ropes and ambition to move up within the business Things you rsquo;ll be doing * Work alongside the sales team to manage the daily activities and keep all systems up to date. * Preparation and sending of quotes. * Answering customer enquiries on the phone, through Freshdesk and across social channels * Taking orders at the Click and Collect counter * Liaising with other areas of the business to feedback on issues * Analysis and reporting. Skills we need * 2+ years in a customer facing or administration role. * Well organised with a great attention to detail. * Great with customers, handling all enquiries with a positive attitude and sharing valuable customer feedback with the relevant teams. * Data collecting and creating excel spreadsheets. * High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability. * Someone who can prioritise and is well organised
