Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative English Teacher to join our exceptional team of educators. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons that captivate students #39; imaginations and foster a deep appreciation for literature, language, and communication. Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students, ensuring that all learners are supported to achieve their full potential. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express themselves, think critically, and develop their creativity and analytical skills. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them progress academically and develop their confidence and self-belief as writers, readers, and communicators. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum, assessment practices, and extracurricular activities, ensuring that the department continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in English literature, language, or a related discipline. Previous experience teaching English at secondary level, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and achieving excellent outcomes for students. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English literature, language, and communication. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
