Pa to operations director

Do you have previous experience as a PA, strong coordination skills as well as proactive, can-do approach to work? If so, an opportunity to work as the PA to the operations director of an exciting global enterprise has become available! The successful applicant will enjoy a full time, office based role, based in Northamptonshire, with a salary of up to 45k. You will predominantly be providing right hand support to the companies director. Your role could include but would not be limited to; * Proactive diary and email management * Preparing documents and information in advance of meetings, circulating agendas, collating actions, maintaining actions log * Complex travel arrangements * Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders * Providing high quality presentations, documents and reports * Filtering incoming calls and correspondence for the director * Managing internal filing systems The successful candidate will have solid experience already working as a PA, skills such as budget management and a good commercial awareness are also desirable for this role.
