We are seeking dedicated and talented mainstream or SEND Teachers to provide exceptional education and support to students. As a Long-Term SEND Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on the lives of students with special needs. Your expertise, guidance, and support will empower them to overcome challenges, achieve their educational goals, and build a brighter future. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized education plans, implement tailored strategies, and ensure that every student #39;s unique needs are met. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Special Education. Experience working with students with SEND, mainly ASD, SLD and PMLD Strong understanding of different SEND needs and effective teaching strategies. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
