Private client solicitor

My client is searching for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their Portsmouth, Hampshire offices. Job Purpose: bull; To advise the firms rsquo; clients on all Private Client matters to include: Wills, Probate POA. bull; To build strong client relations at all times. Duties bull; Drafting wills and preparation of trusts bull; Preparing powers of attorney bull; Estate administration bull; Advising on inheritance tax bull; Keeping clients up to date with progress on their matter bull; Marketing and promoting the team to increase revenue streams including production of articles and content bull; Providing assistance with training and development of other team members bull; Providing assistance to other fee earners in the Firm as required bull; Minimising risk in dealing with all work and ensuring all files are managed in accordance with the Firm rsquo;s risk and file management procedures bull; Carrying out all work in accordance with procedures and systems documented in the Office Manual, and the Firm rsquo;s training seminars. Person Specification Qualifications and Experience: bull; Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1-year PQE; bull; 2 x A Levels or equivalent bull; Law degree or equivalent bull; Experience of working in a busy office The post holder will: bull; Contribute to the successful overall performance of the firm. bull; Create and maintain effective partnerships/relationships with colleagues, clients and the general public. bull; Develop and support the culture of collaboration and commitment to delivering quality services and outcomes. bull; Comply with the principles and standards set out by the firm in the office manual.
