Reporting to the Construction Director, your responsibilities will include: * Overseeing 3-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution. * Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. * Implementing rigorous health and safety measures, particularly in occupied social housing environments. * Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and safety. * Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
