You will be primarily responsible for proactively sourcing new business within your dedicated sales territory, whilst building and maintaining accounts and relationships to promote longevity in relationships. This is a field-based role covering the Colchester region, where you #39;ll report to the Sales Director and will be tasked with the following: - Effectively selling a wide range of products to gain a good mix in view of building loyal and profitable accounts - Speaking with a variety of clients on a daily basis, and gaining appropriate knowledge of what a client and/or candidate needs at any given time - Attending face-to-face meetings within given territory (south east) ---- What experience do I need? My client wants someone who #39;s got a background in generation of new business opportunities. They #39;ll also need you to have experience of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Plus, you #39;ll need some experience of Account Management with a proven track record of developing and growing sales within new and existing accounts. In addition, you #39;ll need the following: - A valid driver #39;s license and access to a vehicle - Excellent communication skills - A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service We need you to be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be able to manage existing client relationships as well as develop new ones.
