Account Manager ndash; Creative Health Medical Communications ndash; Congleton ndash; Med Comms / Health Comms / Medical Communications / Healthcare Communications Due to company growth, growth of accounts and new client wins, we are looking for Client Services professionals with experience in Medical, Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals Communications. We would consider someone from Account Executive to Account Manager level and this is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to work in a more creative rewarding environment than a typical MedComms / HealthComms /PharmaComms agency. Having almost doubled in size since 2019, they are continuing to grow and have an exciting future. Currently at 40 people and have just moved into a brand new, state of the art office space that can double their capacity. They work on the creative side of Health and Medical Comms and are specialists in Events (live virtual), Software Development Design (digital print), Digital Marketing (Content, Social Media, PPC, SEO Paid Media, Email, Video Audio), Branding, Advertising, Sustainability Social Impact, PR. They #39;re always look to progress into new markets and the latest trends for their clients and are uniquely technical and creative compared to their competitors. Roles and Responsibilities: * Account and client management ndash; using your developing experience of account management in the healthcare sector, you will deliver great work to meet or exceed client expectations, under the guidance and with support from Account Managers Account Directors. * Marketing and communications ndash; using your knowledge and experience of developing multi-channel marketing campaigns for the healthcare sector, you will assist in developing excellent client projects in collaboration with our wider team. * Relationship development ndash; you enjoy developing relationships with clients and seize every opportunity to help grow the accounts and identify new benefits for the client. * Communication is key ndash; as a point of contact for our clients, it is important that you keep the team and clients in the loop with project developments, and that you can contribute to the projects and account work. * Time management ndash; your great time management skills will assist you whilst managing multiple projects across multiple client accounts. * Consistency ndash; you will use your previous experience and proactiveness to consistently produce excellent results. To thrive within this role, you are confident in managing and prioritising multiple projects. You are equally skilled working as part of a team and individually. Skills and Experience: * Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). * Be proactive, creative and efficient. * Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail. * Ability to adapt to change and challenges, able to ask questions and add value. * A creative thinker who is keen to learn. * Experience of MS Teams (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Salary is GBP23-26K for Account Executive, GBP25-27K for Senior Account Executive, GBP28-38K for Account Manager.
