Role Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: bull; Execute precise and comprehensive cost estimations, procurement strategies, and tender procedures. bull; Foster collaboration with project teams to ensure projects are delivered punctually and within budget constraints. bull; Identify and proactively address commercial risks, striving to optimize project profitability. bull; Thoroughly assess and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. bull; Maintain vigilant oversight of project financial performance, furnishing regular reports to senior management. bull; Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. bull; Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members within the commercial team, fostering their professional development.
