Mobile commercial gas engineer

Company: UK division of a group of companies who deliver FM and Building Services Engineering solutions for commercial clients. The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant (natural gas) in schools, leisure centre #39;s, warehouses and commercial buildings between Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire ,Buckinghamshire and Kent. You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU #39;s, FCU #39;s, basic plumbing) and also be involved in some small mechanical / heating / pipework project works. The Person: It is essential that you are a qualified commercial gas engineer and have experience of working in a facilities management environment. Salary and Package: Basic up to GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 (40 hours per week) depending on experience and qualifications.
