Job Role: As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for maximising Paint Body Centre profitability through sales. Maximise customer awareness of all available Paint Body Centre and Retailer services. Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times. Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration. Help the Paint Body Centre and Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency. Develop and network relationships with existing clients and new. Experience: * Background of VDA role * Use of Audatex and or Glassmatrix Systems * Sales Negotiation Techniques * Customer Service experience
