Order processor

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced window and door order processor to join a successful window and door business in Somerset. Our client, who manufactures UPVC windows and doors and has been operating for over 20 successful years, building a great reputation within the industry and local area for their quality and service. The right candidate will have current/recent experience order processing UPVC windows and doors on industry specific software such as windows designer or something similar. The role: * 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed * Getting quotes from suppliers for stock * Processing orders using the companies industry specific software * Liaise with customers/clients regarding their orders * Gathering information for quotes for jobs * Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects * Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time * Assist with admin duties as required * Provide excellent customer service The candidate: * Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors * Have experience using software, window designer/ business micros / Evolution * Experience reading technical drawings such as CAD * Be able to manage own workload and meet deadlines * Have excellent communication and customer service skills * Be a team player and be able to use own initiative * Excellent attention to detail * Must currently reside in the UK If you are an experienced window and door order processor looking for your next role and you would like to find out more about this role, please click lsquo;apply rsquo; or contact GUY at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM3714
