Registered Manager ndash; Nursing Home Christchurch, Dorset Up to GBP65k I am looking for an experienced Registered Manager to run a lsquo;good rsquo; CQC rated nursing home in the beautiful town of Christchurch in Dorset. The home provides high quality nursing, dementia, residential and respite care. A multi-million pound investment has added new luxury bedroom suites and given a superb makeover to the whole home. In this role you will: * Oversee the daily operations of the home * Be responsible for ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents * Meet financial targets and maintain full occupancy in the home * Manage a great staff team For this post you must have: * A nursing qualification with NMC registration * Experience of running a nursing home * A current registration with the CQC or a previous registration in a similar role * Up-to-date knowledge of care sector regulations and best practices * Working hours will be flexible and may include weekends and bank holidays, as required For more information on this fantastic role, please call Elite Care on (phone number removed)
