About the Role: Our client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their well-established business and commercial team. You will be responsible for providing the business with Cost Management for assigned developments from Land Procurement to the completion of Final Accounts. You will be responsible for a couple of residential build sites varying in size and build method, ranging in units. bull; Package procurement based on robust and thorough processes including; bull; General Contract Administration bull; Cost/ change control and monitoring bull; Cost reporting bull; Measurement, estimating, cost exercises and benchmarking bull; Working with the company rsquo;s bespoke Contract bull; Reviewing and assessing contractor competency bull; Assisting with monthly cost, project reporting and associated documentation Candidate Requirements: bull; Must have a minimum of roughly 5 years Quantity Surveying experience bull; A minimum of HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying bull; Must have worked for a Residential Developer for at least 3 years bull; Must have residential build experience bull; Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty About the Benefits and Reward: bull; Basic salary of up to GBP75,000 (depending on experience) bull; Company Car Allowance or car bull; Pension bull; Healthcare
