Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Senior Facilities Manager at Rendall Rittner: You will be an experienced technical, hard services Facilities Manager with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects and stakeholders at any given time. You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety, statutory compliance, managing PPM rsquo;s, O M rsquo;s, M E and supporting with the delivery of a phased handover. You will have high level reporting experience and the ability to cascade information to various stakeholders across the board. You will oversee the daily management of the facilities department in respect of staff, project management, dealing with handovers, mobilisation, snagging, staffing strategies and overall project management. You rsquo;ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team. You have a proven track record in managing various contractors and third party providers, ensuring quality and value for money. You rsquo;ll ensure Health Safety regulations are adhered to and having a working knowledge in building maintenance systems. Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
