Position: Supply Chain Manager (Construction Industry) Location: North London (Hybrid Working Offered) Salary: GBP65,00 - GBP70,000 + Package (including 8% pension, healthcare, 26 days holiday, 6 months full paid maternity and 8 weeks full paid paternity). Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our client rsquo;s team and play a pivotal role in optimising their supply chain operations. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will leverage your construction industry experience and familiarity with COINS software to enhance efficiency and drive success across the projects. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve favourable terms. * Utilize COINS software to track inventory, monitor costs, and analyse supply chain performance. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team. Requirements: * Previous experience in supply chain management within the construction industry. * Proficiency in COINS software preferred. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective supplier relationships. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Bachelor #39;s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred. * MCIPS qualification desirable. * Eligibility to work in the UK.
