Temporary administrator long term

I am looking for an Administrator to join my clients #39; team on a long-term temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, strong data entry skills, and exceptional organisation abilities. Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Maintain files and records - Assist with general admin duties to include filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Skills: - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Hours of work are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday and the rate of pay is GBP11.44 per hour plus holiday pay.
