About the Role: As an Engineeing Graduate, you rsquo;ll leverage your Engineering Degree and/or Apprenticeship experience to continuously improve operational processes, surpass customer expectations, and gain early managerial experience. This factory-based scheme is your chance to tackle real-time challenges through dynamic projects and people management, all whilst cultivating a ldquo;can-do rdquo; attitude and a deep-seated passion for Engineering. Position: Engineering Graduate Salary: 28,000 ndash; Year 1 ndash; Rising to 30,000 Year 2 Rotational Programme ndash; 3 x 8 Month Rotation Interview Date : 23rd April 2024 ndash; Start Date : 3rd September 2024 Key Responsibilities: * Build and expand your equipment and process knowledge, supporting the Engineering function in line with their strategic goals. * Participate in long-term preventative maintenance programs and spearhead projects to enhance productivity. * Forge strong relationships between Engineering and other departments, ensuring a cohesive work environment. * Lead continuous improvement projects, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of proactive Engineering. * Take charge of site management, including contractor control and liaising with the Management team, ensuring efficiency and safety. * Embrace and contribute to the team #39;s development, supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
