Technical coordinator

We construct both private open market and housing association developments and take great pride in building homes for the future to suit a wide range of residents and families. The Person: #xF0B7; Must have minimum 5 years experience within the house-building industry #xF0B7; Ideally experienced in a technical co-ordinator / technician role / employers agent role or similar #xF0B7; Be fully proficient in AutoCAD LT #xF0B7; Computer / IT literate capable of using Microsoft Office (Word Excel) #xF0B7; Preferably although not essentially able to use a 3D software / modelling / Rendering package such as SketchUp, and Lumion #xF0B7; Preferably although not essentially able to use Photoshop to produce house type elevations and street scenes. #xF0B7; Have the ability to use software to produce 3D visualisations is a bonus #xF0B7; Have excellent written and oral communication skills #xF0B7; Have a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations NHBC/Premier Guarantee warranty standards is a must #xF0B7; Be a team player with a can-do attitude, self-motivated and confident working on own initiative. #xF0B7; Flexible and willing to get involved with a wide range of tasks. #xF0B7; Possess a full driving licence is essential. #xF0B7; Have a friendly and professional working manor #xF0B7; A minimum of 5 GCSE rsquo;s grades A-C #xF0B7; Ideally qualified to HNC level or above #xF0B7; A relevant degree would be advantageous but not essential Our Company Benefits #xF0B7; Competitive Salary #xF0B7; Private Medical Insurance #xF0B7; Company Pension Scheme #xF0B7; Training and skills development as required/desired. #xF0B7; Possibility of company car / allowance #xF0B7; Bonus Incentive scheme If you feel that you have the qualifications, skills and drive to carry out the above role and would like to be part of our professional and friendly team, we would love to hear
