Temporary administrator

Anderson Knight is recruiting for an Administrator for a well-established company based in Paisley on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the warehouse and procurement team to effectively manage customer expectations regarding deliveries. The standard working hours alternate weekly, with one week consisting of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm shifts and the following week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, on Fridays, the working hours remain consistent, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Main Duties and Responsibilities: bull; Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement team to effectively manage customer expectations regarding deliveries. bull; Liaise with transport companies to ensure the seamless delivery of consignments to the customers. bull; Coordinate with couriers for timely shipments. bull; Manage customer enquiries and correspondence related to delivery schedules and orders. bull; Additionally, the role encompasses general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Transport Department and facilitate efficient communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
