IT Support Technician, Windows, Support, Woodstock, Oxfordshire to GBP25K An established IT Consultancy based on the outskirts of Oxford is looking to recruit a 1st Line IT Support Technician to work in their client rsquo;s stunning rural office location. As part of a team of dedicated technicians, you rsquo;ll be providing 1st Line Support to approx. 750 users covering cutting edge hardware, software and infrastructure technologies. Supporting one of the UK rsquo;s largest firms within their industry, this role combines both end-user support with more technical hands-on troubleshooting. The role: The 1st Line IT Support Technician will provide support to a diverse group of approx. 750 users, responding to incidents and requests in line with company SLA rsquo;s. You rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for all IT queries submitted via telephone, self-service portal and walk-ups. You rsquo;ll deal with a variety of hardware, software, telephony and mobile device issues, and will have the opportunity to gain insight into infrastructure-based technology. About you: First and foremost, you rsquo;ll need to be interested in IT. You rsquo;ll be self-motivated, conscientious, methodical and organised, with the ability to liaise with customers at all levels of a business whilst demonstrating excellent customer service at all times. You rsquo;ll possess a logical approach to problem solving and be able to multitask.
