Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Consultant to join our team in New Milton on a self-employed basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients, assisting them in finding the best mortgage solutions tailored to their needs. The Mortgage Consultant will build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure successful mortgage transactions and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to clients Assess client financial situations and needs to recommend suitable mortgage products Research and evaluate mortgage options from various lenders to find the best solutions Guide clients through the mortgage application process and paperwork Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and mortgage details Build and nurture relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders Stay up-to-date on mortgage products, market trends, and industry regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant or similar role Excellent knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and the mortgage application process Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive in generating leads and closing deals CeMAP qualification or equivalent would be an advantage Salary: Self-employed with an earning potential of GBP30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission Location: New Milton (BH25 6DT) Advert: Do you have a passion for helping clients secure their dream homes through tailored mortgage solutions?
