The Role - Behaviour Mentor For this role, I am actively recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor who is looking to support a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis. This Behaviour Mentor role will require you to be a role model and to take a proactive approach to mentor the pupil and build a real connection. The aim to build a rapport with the child, while encouraging the pupils to take an independent approach to his learning. Due to the pupil #39;s needs, the ideal Behaviour Mentor will need to have experience working with children or young people who have challenging behaviour. Having a background in Football or Sports is highly desirable for this Behaviour Mentor role. This role requires full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
