COVER SUPERVISOR Cover Supervisors ndash; Burton On Trent Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a new challenge? I am currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor based in Burton On Trent The role is Day to Day work based on your availability. The schools we are working with are looking for strong and confident Cover Supervisors with good communication and behaviour management. Job Description * Supervision of a classroom in the absence of their teacher * Engage, motivate, and encourage students to complete work set * Make sure all students are focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives * Manage classroom behaviour Requirements * Previous teaching experience * A Bachelor rsquo;s degree in any subject * Up to date knowledge of subject curriculum * Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with children * Up to date Safeguarding Training (You can undertake a free course with U-educate if you have not got a safeguarding certificate dated from September 2023) I am very keen to speak with candidates who are interested in this role and feel that they meet the requirements stated above.
