HGV Technician- Early and Lates- GBP19 per hour Excel Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to work alternating early/late shifts at the Oxford depot. Schedule: Week 1: 7:30- 16:00 Week 2: 13:30-22:00 This is what you #39;ll be doing: * You #39;ll be responsible for fast and accurate diagnoses using diagnostic tools and for choosing the right repair techniques. * You #39;ll work independently to maintain and repair vehicles and components. * You #39;ll carry out a range of inspections (MOT, tacho, etc.). * You #39;ll provide support and daily mentoring for less experienced technicians. * You #39;ll carry out final checks on work that has been completed. This is what we #39;re looking for: * A completed secondary vocational education. * A broad vehicle-related technical knowledge * An extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components and associated vehicles. * Familiarization with developments in the automotive industry. You will be required to provide your own tool-kit and be in possession of a valid driving licence (preferably HGV but not essential).
