Key Responsibilities: * Manage electrical contracts within the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. * Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. * Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value for the project. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate issues and ensure successful project outcomes. * Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering a positive working environment and promoting client satisfaction. Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, or education projects. * Proven track record of successfully managing electrical contracts from inception to completion. * Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and regulations, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. * Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field are highly desirable. * Valid driver #39;s license.
