Job Description: They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects. This role primarily involves office-based work with occasional site visits, ensuring that they maintain high standards and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing and managing project budgets, estimates, and cost plans. * Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments. * Procuring materials and sub-contractors. * Analysing and evaluating financial data. * Collaborating with project teams to monitor costs and variations. * Preparing and submitting final accounts. Qualifications and Requirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry. * Strong understanding of commercial construction, fire doors, and facilities management. * Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. * Proficient in industry-specific software and tools. * Strong communication and negotiation abilities. * Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
