Hardware validation engineer

A Hardware Validation Engineer with a strong interest in testing high-speed digital and analog circuits will join the growing team of a leading Semiconductor Company at their offices in Dortmund, Germany. To be part of this team you should bring most of the following: * A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronics or similar. * 5+ years working with lab and debug equipment for measuring high speed signals. * Working with SerDes, USB3, USB4, PCle or similar high-speed communications bus/protocols. * System level validation of high-speed integrated circuits. * Experience with Python or other object orientated languages. * A track record in protocol validation. In this Hardware Validation Engineer role you will be primarily office based (approx. 90% of time), undertaking protocol validation of high speed devices using the very latest lab equipment; supporting customers through product specification and debug; writing test scripts to support validation activities as well as documenting test results. Applicants will ideally be based in Germany, or in Europe and be willing to relocate to Germany
