Business Development Manager, Exhibitions / Events Design Graphics (National) One of the UK rsquo;s fastest growing and exciting suppliers of large format digital printing services, POS campaigns, exhibition stands and portable display products, seeks a truly exceptional Sales centric professional to lead the growth of their evolved Exhibition Event Design, Fabrication Graphics services strategy. With an outstanding record of connectivity Sales delivery in the Exhibition / Events arena, the Head of Business Development / Sales will be solely responsible for driving the growth strategy sales of bespoke designed modular Exhibitions / Events their associated graphics packages, across an array of Corporate, Brand major UK and European events providers. Accustomed to attending Events / Exhibitions and constantly networking, socialising, probing, building relationships, unearthing and securing sales opportunities via key personnel within Corporate Brand Clients, plus the Exhibition organisers (such as Reed, Clarion, Essential, UBM, Easyfairs etc), you will be socially gregarious, yet professionally articulate, focussed and driven to exceed sales targets, through enhancing your professional reputation and importantly, your financial/career opportunity. You will be proficient working with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Creative, Production and Digital, in a flexible and rapidly evolving project based environment, where your robust and instantly engaging personality is complemented by Sales flair and disciplined Client skills, combined with a very keen eye for detail and opportunity. Ideally, you will have some technical appreciation of the fabrication of modular exhibition systems, plus the associated graphics industry, as you rsquo;ll be liaising with the Fabrication, Studio, Creative, Production Installation teams on the development of concepts, working closely and collaboratively with other colleagues in the Business to deliver complete and fully integrated project solutions Possessing flair, imagination and the energy to multi-task, ideally you will be based in the Midlands or South East, but with the preparedness commitment to developing a strong presence in their South Wales HQ. The role also involves travel and presence in a multitude of Client and Event locations across the UK and Europe, so whilst experience is key, passion, tenacity and a sense of humour is considered essential With a professional approach to work and appearance, you will be able to function under pressure and remain calm, possessing a clear ability to prioritise and to communicate highly effectively at all levels.
