Your New Account Manager / Internal Sales role: As Account Manager / Internal Sales, you will: * Act as the primary contact for all customer accounts, enhancing the purchasing experience and nurturing strong, long-term relationships. * Drive growth by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within existing accounts. * Represent the voice of the customer within our client rsquo;s organisation, ensuring their needs and requirements are met. * Advise customers on upcoming product developments and opportunities, based on insightful analysis of customer spends and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM system.
