Headcount Solutions is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) to support the management of PMO and digital implementation for a multinational client rsquo;s biotech facility in Dublin. Reporting directly into the Director of Strategy and Business Excellence, this person will oversee the selection, execution and closeout of the projects/ programs which have been identified as key to the delivery of the required business benefits. Key Responsibilities: middot; Ensure and manage effective business governance processes to support the day-to-day business performance. middot; Ensure site strategy, objectives, and key projects in the portfolio (including updates) are clearly communicated across to the organisation. middot; Ensure processes are aligned with Global Planning and Supply (GPS) PMO standards and integrated with other relevant site and GPS business process. middot; Ensure all executed projects and programs are aligned with the site strategic plan and adhere to all of the defined processes and meet the required standards for planning and execution. middot; Develop integrated, detailed plans for executing the PMO portfolio, including capture and prioritization of programs, assigning of resources and setting of key milestones. middot; Lead overall program governance and reporting to key stakeholders, leadership teams and the Global Planning and Supply (GPS) PMO team. middot; Oversee the process for realization and capture of benefits from the programs/ projects. middot; Facilitate cross ndash;site, cross-functional interactions and provide support between sites and HQ functions as required. middot; Provide mentoring and coaching to Program Sponsors, Managers and Lead End Users. middot; Manage Program /Project lessons learned processes and the continuous improvement of the PMO. middot; Lead strategically important initiatives, assuming the role of Program Manager. Professional Experience and Qualifications: middot; Bachelors degree in Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration is required. middot; A qualification in project and program management is required. middot; Extensive leadership experience in project /program management. middot; Extensive experience working within the Biopharma/ Pharma manufacturing and supply environment.
