We are working with a top tier client who are seeking a Site Agent to work in the East London region on a full time basis. As the Site Agent you will be responsible for the management of the construction site to achieve the required project delivery to the customers objectives. Responsibilities: * Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various projects in the civil and Water sectors * When required, lead a team of Sub Agents, Engineers and Forepeople to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality * Deliver product to customer requirements and satisfaction * Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed * Produce good quality, accurate monthly reports for the Client and internally * Maintain commercial tension to drive out costs and challenge the status quo What do we need from you? * Experience in Civil Engineering ideally in the Water/Utilities sector * Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent * CSCS * SMSTS * Full driving license * Confined space training * NEBOSH or IOSH The salary is indicative and based on experience
