As Finance Business Partner, you will support provide financial support the Operations team at their factory based on the outskirts of Goole. Up to GBP60,000 per annum 25 days + Bank Holidays with the option to buy additional days Up to 15% annual bonus Excellent pension ndash; Company contribution of up to 12% Hybrid working A genuinely exciting and operational finance opportunity which is hard to find in a FTSE listed business.The role of Operational Finance Business Partner will take on a number of responsibilities including: Business Partner with Site Manager, Operations Managers and the Engineering and Maintenance Teams, proactively highlighting any budget risks or opportunities. Responsibility for the manufacturing cost centres - ensure the P L is accurate, act as the key contact and support for the managers by providing accurate reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Review, analyse and issue weekly flash reports for labour and material usage for the manufacturing site. Prepare operational budgets forecasts for manufacturing cost centres, with detailed explanation of key drivers. Product costing including the preparation of cost estimates, as well as maintaining the standard product costs within SAP. Providing Training to ensure financial awareness on the Manufacturing sites. Taking an active role in project work to support business decisions engaging with stakeholders across the manufacturing function.The ideal FBP will be: Finalist or Qualified CIMA/ ACCA Accountant You will have a hands-on and structured approach - be enthusiastic and be looking to develop and grow within the role You will also need excellent communication skills and have the ability to give non financial managers finance understanding Have a passion for getting involved in the wider business and driving site performance You must be IT literate, specifically on excel and ERP systems Change management or continuous improvement mentalityIf you are interested in this Operational Finance Business Partner role, please apply now.
