Customer Service Coordinator Fixed Term Contract (Maternity cover) Salary - GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 PA In this role you will provide excellent service to our client rsquo;s UK customers ensuring all queries and questions are resolved, order entry and credit processing and maintained. Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities bull; Process all customer returns and exchange requests in an efficient and timely manner meeting the KPI rsquo;s bull; Process all product complaints in an efficient and timely manner meeting the KPI rsquo;s bull; Unpack all returns and Log returns and exchanges bull; Liaise with customers and account managers for all return and exchange queries and the Smart Arch case bull; Liase with customers, account managers and QARA for product complaints queries bull; Issue credit paperwork and ensure have obtained the correct signatures before a credit raised bull; Package and return lsquo;fit stock rsquo; to warehouse bull; Investigate rejected inter-company stock from warehouse deemed unfit stock bull; Produce reports for required return information bull; Provide supporting documents for audits bull; Support Customer Service team where necessary bull; Ad-hoc duties when requested by Manager Customer Service Coordinator Key competencies bull; Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with external key customers bull; Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities bull; Able to work well within a team and calm under pressure bull; Results orientated and Adaptable/willing to take on new tasks bull; Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines bull; Displays initiative and enthusiasm for their role and company Benefits bull; Pension bull; Private Medical Insurance bull; Dental Cover bull; Medical Cash Plan bull; Group Income Protection bull; Life Assurance bull; 25 days holidays + your birthday bull; Employee Assistance Program bull; Great offers on several consumer scheme Due to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
