We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the efficient execution of projects. Responsibilities: * Oversee all site operations including tank cleaning, vacuum services, and water jetting projects. * Plan, organize, and manage resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. * Supervise and provide leadership to site personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. * Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. * Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure availability of necessary tools and resources. * Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of safety measures, progress reports, and cost analysis. * Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor #39;s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience in industrial service management, particularly in tank cleaning, vacuum services, and water jetting. * Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Sound knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices. * Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. * Valid driver #39;s license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
