Company Description The client is a High Voltage power engineering company that designs and constructs electrical power infrastructure for high voltage customers and renewable generation schemes. The company holds several industry-specific approvals, including Construction Line, Safe Contractor, CHAS, NERS, Achilles, and is a member of ECA and NICEIC. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a HV Jointer located in Birmingham. The HV Jointer will be responsible for the installation, termination, and testing of high voltage cables, equipment and switchgear on various customer sites. The role involves working at heights and in confined spaces. Qualifications * Experience in the installation, termination, and testing of high voltage equipment and cables * Knowledge of high voltage health and safety regulations and best practices * Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and schematics * Experience with jointing and fusing techniques and equipment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid JIB CSCS Card. * 25kV and 33kV SAP certification is a plus * Valid full UK driving license
