Registered care manager

Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of a client who are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager in the Bognor Regis area. Our client is an established domiciliary care business who require an experienced CQC Registered Manager who has managed a good quality domiciliary care service. They are looking for someone who will be responsible for the following: bull; To take responsibility as a CQC Registered Manager bull; Ensuring full CQC compliance with all required regulations, and demonstrating commitment through quality and performance to gain an lsquo;Outstanding rsquo; rating. bull; Strategically building and developing the business, and planning ahead though your knowledge and experience. bull; To grow and develop services and maximising referral opportunities. bull; To identify marketing opportunities, and develop a marketing plan. bull; To manage projects that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service. bull; Compassionately and fairly manage, support, coach and mentor the team, involved in provision of the service. bull; To ensure that there is a co-ordinated and consistent approach to our service provision that is cost effective and efficient, making the best use of allocated resources. bull; To be routinely involved in a range of staff management issues. bull; Responsibility for the safe delivery and accurate recording of care data in line with legislation, the CQC, and Company policies. bull; Being prepared to work flexibly to ensure the safe delivery of the service, rolling up your sleeves when required.
