Recruitment consultant

Academic Appointments are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our office in Sheffield. Your main role will be to support our experienced Senior Consultants to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Your responsibilities will be varied throughout the day, but will include, taking and dealing with incoming customer enquiries, marketing our candidates to school via phone, email social media, creating web jobs, shortlisting candidates for roles, filling bookings, and helping with the sourcing and compliance of candidates. Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP27,000 (Basic), negotiable and dependant on experience plus bonus. Work Hours: Term time: 7:00am ndash; 4pm / 8:30am -5:30pm shifts - Out of term: 9am ndash; 3pm A rewarding bonus scheme up to 10% of billings. 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) which grow each year you work with us, plus your birthday off work.
