Sub contract manager

Hours: 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday Location: Office/Site Our client continues to grow and there is no sign of slowing working with multi-million-pound projects across the country with a big focus in London. We seek and Sub-contract Manager to work from and look after the Leicester factory and visit London sites for Sub contract management and compliance. This means you would be the point of contact for all Sub contract matters in the Factory as well as on site. We are looking for self-starting super star who want to be part of a froward thinking business steeped in history and with big goals. As a Sub-contract Manager, you must have a specific set of skills and qualifications such as: * Black CSCS * SMSTS certified Key Responsibilities for the Sub-contract Manager * Oversee/tracking subcontract supply chain timelines and programme. * Management of nominated accounts [mostly joinery biased, but non exhaustive], ensuring quality, program and other performance requirements are being met. * Reports to production director * Maintaining existing relationships with subcontractors. * Development and engagement with new subcontractors * Sub-contractor contract/PO compliance and responsibility is/are being met and maintained. * Experience, within construction industry, preferably interior fitout and joinery.
