You #39;ll be responsible for underwriting cases to completion, ensuring each loan aligns with our dedication to personalized service. From initial enquiry to offer and beyond, you #39;ll guide each borrower and introducer through the process with care and expertise. Key Responsibilities: * Underwrite bridging loans with precision and attention to detail, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Collaborate with the Credit Department to ensure seamless case completion and effective communication with clients, solicitors, and brokers. * Seek guidance from senior team members to enhance your knowledge and understanding of underwriting practices. * Embrace continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance working methods and efficiency.
