Fire alarm engineer

Role Responsibilities: - Maintain Fire Systems in line with current standards and customer requirements middot; Respond to demand service calls on fire systems in line with current standards and customer requirements middot; Plan and implement routine and demand call visits for your area middot; Effectively communicate with our customers to ensure a full understanding middot; Able to work on own initiative middot; Be responsible for the management and security of own equipment stock in an efficient and economical manner by determining stock levels in relation to work activities and ordering stock items as and when appropriate middot; Attend training sessions as required and identify and communicate with Manager any personal training and development needs middot; Responsible for achieving your personal goals and achieving team targets middot; Weekly reporting to management middot; Attending quarterly team meetings and sharing best practices and experiences middot; Understand the company rsquo;s obligations under the contract middot; Ensure compliance with Ventro processes and procedures at all times middot; Maintain a presentable image by adherence to the Ventro dress code middot; Promote the profile of Ventro middot; Promote a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, maximising client involvement and feedback middot; Engage actively with key Clients middot; Attend Client and communication events, open days, meetings and conferences if required middot; Promote customer service excellence middot; Supporting the business in community initiatives, events, new business and customer presentations middot; Communication and Personal Specification middot; Develop and maintain productive relationships with all members of the Ventro team.
