Role Overview: As an Electrical Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing electrical aspects of commercial projects in Coventry, Leicester, and Hereford. You will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage project teams. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Oversee electrical installations and ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards. * Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise. * Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to address any concerns or requests. * Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Prepare and submit site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required. Requirements: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. * Electrical qualifications and proven experience in electrical site management. * Previous experience working on commercial projects is essential. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and construction methods. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Valid UK driving license.
