We are delighted to be partnered with our client, an established and highly reputable accountancy and financial services based business as they seek to recruit an Accounts Senior to join their experienced and friendly team, within their offices in Uckfield This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but busy team within a very successful organisation. Accounts Senior Full time permanent role - office based but with flexibility to work from home on occasions Mon-Fri (Apply online only) Role based in Uckfield. There is free parking available on the streets close to the office. The office is also around 5-10 mins walk from the nearest mainline station. Salary - GBP40000-GBP42000 per annum plus very good company benefits This is an excellent opportunity to work within an established and successful organisation. Duties will include: Lead client accounts engagements (planning, directing and completion) Supervise junior members of staff Research and analyse financial statements Produce statutory accounts and draft tax computations Monitor the progress of jobs to ensure that budgets are met Draft client letters and bills Pro-actively interact with the management of key clients to gather information, resolve problems and make recommendations for business and process improvements Experience, competencies and knowledge required: ACA/ACCA qualified with a demonstrable track record of accounts experience in an accountancy practice Excellent technical knowledge of accounting standards, corporation tax, VAT and P11Ds Ability to perform to a high technical and professional standard For more information regarding this new and exciting opportunity, please apply now!
