Position Overview: As a full-time SEN TA, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students with social, emotional, and mental health wellbeing needs. Collaborating closely with classroom educators, the SEN TA will lead the implementation of engaging and immersive lessons while tailoring plans to meet the diverse needs of students across both key stages. Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. * Demonstrated understanding of social, emotional, and mental health wellbeing needs, with flexibility in implementing effective support strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering seamless collaboration with teaching staff, parents, and stakeholders. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the individual needs of each child, especially those facing mental health challenges.
