Estimator drylining

ABOUT THE COMPANY My client offers a wide range of project packages including drylining, screeding, suspended ceilings and more recently Passive Fire protection, with projects spanning from GBP1,000 to GBP1m with average orders around GBP250k. Working in the Residential, care home, healthcare, commercial, education, and Industrial warehouses. My client is a leader within their local area and are turning over GBP10m. ABOUT THE ROLE My Client is looking for an estimator that rsquo;s previously worked for a Drylining Company, with specialist industry knowledge and experience. bull; Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client bull; Assisting in establishing a client rsquo;s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies bull; Performing risk and value management and cost control bull; Advising on procurement strategy bull; Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks bull; Preparing and analysing costings for tenders REWARDS AND BENEFITS Our Client is offering a salary between GBP50,000 and GBP70,000 depending on experience. To work within an established team who have a strong industry name. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will need proven 5 years experience working as a Estimator and to be degree qualified is preferred. You must be highly motivated individual and be a strong team player. Most of importantly you will need to be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and be keen to progress your career
