As an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant, your caring touch and personal support will be instrumental in nurturing the growth and development of our littlest learners, ensuring they embark on their educational journey with confidence and joy. Role Overview: In this full-time position within the Early Years Foundation Stage, you rsquo;ll be the gentle hand that guides children through the exciting world of Nursery and Reception. With your experience in personal care, you rsquo;ll provide essential support to children at different stages of development, offering comfort and assistance as they explore and learn. Responsibilities: * Embrace the role of a caring companion to our young learners, offering personalized support and assistance with daily activities. * Collaborate closely with our dedicated teachers to create a warm and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and growth. * Engage children in meaningful activities and interactions that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. * Celebrate each child rsquo;s unique journey and help them develop confidence, resilience, and a love for learning. * Build strong partnerships with families, ensuring open communication and a supportive network for our children both in and out of the classroom. Qualifications and Skills: * Previous experience working with young children, particularly within Early Years Foundation Stage. * Demonstrated expertise in personal care, coupled with a compassionate and nurturing approach to supporting children rsquo;s needs. * Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children, colleagues, and families. * A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible start to every child rsquo;s educational journey. Location and Hours: Located in the heart of Edmonton, our school offers a vibrant and welcoming environment where every child is valued and supported. This full-time role provides a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners, with working hours from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm.
