Senior architectural technologist

A practice of 20 who have a #39;national presence #39; with 7 locations across the UK are going through another period of growth in Cardiff. They encompass architecture, interior design and visualisation to a big range of clients. You will enjoy a variety of projects including commercial, hospitality and industrial as you take control of projects from stage 4 onwards. This role will see you communicating with the Senior Architect and client/ contractor, #39;coordinating design #39; and finding solutions to any issues on site. We are looking to hear from candidates who are experienced with REVIT and have taken schemes through to delivery. You will have a good understanding of how #39;building types will stand #39; and be competent with tender documentation.
