Commercial gas engineer

Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer GBP55-GBP60k basic, plus good benefits, London / inside M25. Basic Salary: GBP55 to 60k dep on experience plus overtime and No On call requirement. Location: London inside M25 Hours: Monday ndash; Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour for lunch) with occaisional overtime. The company operates a job finish policy so often Engineers who start early can finish early and are not expected to hang around site until 5pm. Our client is a leading HVAC Service provider based in South London and due to growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer to Join their team. As the Combustion Engineer you will hold a minimum COCN1 / CODNCO1 and will have at least 5 years experience undertaking service, break downs and fault finding on a range of Commercial Boilers/Burners, alomg with more traditional HVAC systems in Commercial buildings, including but not limited to HIU #39;s and Fan Coil Unitis on occaision. Strong fault finding experience is essential in this role and you will be expected to carry out works on traditional Boiler plant equipment right through to more modern systems. * Commercial Gas certificates:- CODNCO1 or COCN1,CCP1,ICAE1,CIGA1,TPCP1 1A, ICPN1,CORT1,CDGA1 * Minimum 5 Years Industry Experience with Commercial Heating plant. * Must live within the M25 and be happy to work in London * Additional experience with HIU #39;s, FCU #39;s general HVAC Maintenance * Full UK Driving License * Strong fault finding skills with a 1st fix approach * Worked in a similar role previously * Electrical Qualifications such as 18th Ed. would be beneficial In return for your skills as a Commercial Gas Engineer, the company offers a competitive training and benefits package which includes: * A Basic Salary around GBP55 to 60k depending on exp and qualifications. * Company Van with Fuel Card and resonable private use. * Uniform * Callibrated tools * Mobile phone / PDA * No Call Outs * Overtime at enhanced rates 1.5/ x 2 etc * 25 Days Holiday , plus 8 Bank Holidays * Company pension ndash; Auto-Enrollment (option to increase own contributions) This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a progressive, growing organisation and for someone to develop their career in Commercial Heating.
