Who we #39;re looking for: As the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you #39;ll be at the forefront of supporting EMEA business objectives by spearheading lead generation and achieving new business targets. Your mission: Drive our brands, PeopleScout (RPO) and TMP (Talent Advisory), to new heights in the UK through strategic brand promotion. Your communication prowess will be put to the test as you engage with our audience, promoting key services and ensuring effective communication across all channels. As the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you #39;ll have the opportunity to shape the narrative, influence our audience base, and be a key player in our growth story. The role: * Supporting EMEA Business Objectives: Your strategic mindset will drive lead generation and new business targets, playing a pivotal role in the success of our EMEA operations. * Brand Promotion: Elevate the PeopleScout and TMP brands in the UK through innovative and impactful promotional strategies. * Effective Communication: Engage with our audience through various channels, ensuring our key services shine brightly in the market. * Content Creation: Unleash your creativity by crafting compelling marketing communications, engaging content, and merchandise that captivates our audience. Responsibilities will Include: * Production of social media content and paid ad campaigns. Staying on top of social trends and tools and creating engaging video content for our platforms. * Email marketing: designing and writing captivating newsletters and emails to our database. * Supporting event management, including sponsored events. * Working closely with the Global Marketing Team on our two websites (WordPress), including content building and brand updates. * Managing marketing collateral, bringing innovative thinking to new collateral! * Assessing marketing insights and data (Pardot) for future decision making, building brilliant marketing reports. * Working with different business departments to create case studies. Qualifications Skills: * Education: Marketing Degree (Essential), Marketing Masters (Desirable) * Experience: Solid B2B experience in a similar role, events management, LinkedIn campaign management, and SEO experience. Recruitment related knowledge is a plus. * Aptitudes: Detail-conscious, excellent project coordinator, results-focused, a team player, eager to learn, hands-on experience with social media management, and a desire to keep learning and developing.
