Embedded Software Engineer- Cambridge - 40-50k- Video My client is a market-leader in the digital video industry and is looking for an ambitious Embedded Software engineer to join their growing team. If you are an Embedded Software engineer with a passion for the video industry, your search for a new role ends here! Job responsibilities: * Develop software for new features and products * Enhancing legacy software (including addressing bugs) * Conduct testing on current products * Documenting code and associated testing needs Key skills required: * Embedded C Programming * RTOS * Video compression standards * Embedded Linux * Serial communication interfaces such as 12C, SPI etc. * Able to use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers etc. * Software testing * Debugging software The salary for this position is circa GBP40,000- GBP50,000 depending on experience.
